Overview
Fluid millennial Sabi Mehboob straddles various identities from bartender at an LGBTQ bookstore/bar, to the youngest child in a Pakistani family, to the de facto parent of a downtown hipster family. Sabi feels like they’re in transition in every aspect of their life, from gender to love to sexuality to family to career.

Season 3
The third and final season shows Sabi Mehboob coming to terms with feelings of grief and an unexpected sense of freedom following the death of their father. Without the constraints of living up to their father’s expectations Sabi confronts big questions about their identity, prompting some massive life choices. In a season that has the entire ensemble grappling with aftermaths, a rebirth comes in a sort of messy, sort of hopeful, sort of ‘Sort Of’ way.

It’s the day of Imran’s Chaaliswan. Raffo struggles to find the right emotions and Bessy chooses the wrong time to kinda/sorta apologize. Sabi pulls the trigger on a big decision.

The tension between Aqsa and Sabi comes to a head. Paul confesses some truths to Sabi and Aqsa drops a huge bomb on Sabi and Raffo.

With the help of Sabi and friends, Aqsa and Izzy sort of take the next step. Paul and Bessy reconnect over a shared experience.

BRLiN prepares for an important installation. Deenzie takes Sabi on a field trip. Paul joins a support group and finds comfort in a friend.

A medical emergency forces Sabi to go to the ER. Wolf cracks when pressured to reveal secrets to Raffo. Aqsa has an emergency of her own.

Raffo finds herself at an emotional edge. Again. Wolf surprises Sabi with a gift. 7ven and Mackenzie organize a party. Sabi makes a huge decision. Again.
