Episode 1669 - Maggots
Lindsey is amazed when Jimmy gives his blessing for Gary's fishing trip to Holland. Rosie and Eddie try to convince Max that he has made a mistake and shouldn't prosecute Lee.
Episode 1670 - Up For The Job
Mike agrees to take Josh out for the afternoon, so he almost certainly has an ulterior motive. The Trading Post requires a new manageress, and fate takes a hand in determining the appointment.
Episode 1671 - Friendship
Max's insistence on prosecuting Lee provokes a confession from the real thief. Lindsey makes the most of Gary's continued absence, but then he returns. Mick and Sinbad try to fight the flab, but both are finding it difficult.

Jimmy tries to help Gary get back into Lindsey's good books, but she is making a date with someone else. Max notices that Shane has spent the night at Jacqui's, and disbelieves Eddie's explanation for Rosie's behaviour

Jimmy decides that he should take the next trip to Holland. Lindsey tells Mike she has had second thoughts. Mo tries to reconcile Eddie and Rosie, and Rachel notices that some of the girls' food is disappearing.

Shane invites Jacqui to come to Australia with him, but there's something she doesn't know. Terry finds something unexpected going on in his "Trading Post" stock room. Sarah has two offers to decorate her flat, and Mick plans a surprise party.
Episode 1676 - Obsessed
Anxious to avoid his parents, Lee installs himself in Katie's kitchen. Terry loans his flat to Mike for the evening, but will he be able to make good use of it? Sarah chooses her new wallpaper, but Eddie is not pleased when the decorating gets underway.
Episode 1677 - Not Right
Jackie is appalled by someone she finds visiting the Corkhill home. Sinbad is surprised to find a gift waiting for him, and a birthday party all arranged - a week early. Katie also gets a useful present from Lee - spot cream.
Episode 1678 - Stress Management
When they refuse to buy Easter eggs, Max and Patricia are given guidance in relaxation techniques. Jimmy discovers that a few unexpected things have happened while he has been in Holland. There are unwelcome revelations for both Jackie and Jacqui.
Episode 1679 - Headaches
Lindsey tells Jackie how she feels about Mike, and is amazed by her reaction. Mick and Sinbad's garage gym attracts a few visitors, but Eddie is more interested in something he overhears, and warns Terry off Sarah. Shane appeals for Jacqui's help, and Lee continues to pester Katie.
Episode 1680 - She's Dead
Although Jimmy's painting survives a hail of bullets through the Corkhills' window, not all of the household do. Lindsey is appalled to discover what has been going on, and blames her mother. Sarah confronts Eddie, and Max and Patricia receive postcards sent separately by David and Jean.
Episode 1681 - All Heart
Bev receives a letter from the advertising agency, but Ron thinks it may just be a con. Jimmy tries to make number 10 spotless, and tells Gary to dispose of the remaining drugs - but he agrees to make one last deal. Lee discovers Katie's secret.
Episode 1682 - Dead Important
Jimmy and Gary call at the Dixons', but they aren't looking for Lindsey. Bev's attempts to run the Trading Post meet with some resistance. Katie finds out that Lee saw her eating a box of chocolates, and tries to explain her actions.
Episode 1683 - Drug Dealers
Lee finds Rosie reading one of his love letters, but refuses to give anything away. Ron checks the books of the Trading Post, and isn't impressed. Jacqui is devastated to find that Shane has died of a drug overdose.
Episode 1684 - Second Thoughts
Eddie is not happy about the new sleeping arrangements at the flat, but Sarah wonders if he should move out entirely. Lee posts a letter to Katie, but has second thoughts and retrieves it. Gary discovers that Lindsey has not been staying with Jackie and Val.
Episode 1685 - Rug Dealer
Sinbad receives a letter from his mother, but is it good news or bad? Jacqui tries to get Katie a job, but she doesn't want it. Sarah and Eddie go bowling, while Gary invites Mike to the pub, and Lindsey wonders whether running away is the right thing to do.
Episode 1686 - Cocktails
Gary receives several hoax calls for taxis, which Jimmy realises must be from Jacqui. Then the rat-catcher arrives....... Katie has a job interview, Julia goes with her, and they both end up sampling cocktails. Lee decides that he can't live with his mother any more - but how will Eddie react to him moving into Sarah's flat?
Episode 1687 - Reap What You Sow
When his business premises are vandalised, Jimmy wants to call it a day, but Gary isn't convinced that they should. Rosie asks Eddie to come home. Lee paints his bedroom and invites Katie to come and see it, but what are his real motives?
Episode 1688 - Sad And Single
Mike takes his fifth driving test, already facing the prospect of a first conviction. Sarah suggests a night out for Eddie.......with Mick, Sinbad and Terry. There is a tempting offer for a couple in trouble.
Episode 1689 - Nothing To Say
Patricia reveals more postcards revealing that her parents are even further apart. When Jacqui goes to lay a wreath on Tony's grave, she finds someone else there. Lee tries to help a friend in need, Rosie tidies up the house in the hope that Eddie will come back, and funding for Mike and Lindsey's trip to Australia arrives from a very unexpected source.
Episode 1690 - Frying Pans
Rosie tells Sarah that Eddie has found another woman. Mike reveals his plans to Ron. Max and Patricia'a advert appears in the press, but so does something else. The annual pancake race doesn't pass entirely without incident.

Gary refuses to let Lindsey see Kylie unless she comes back to him. Sarah throws Eddie out of the flat. Max receives a tip-off about the identity of the mystery diner he needs to impress - but how good is the information? And how good is the ketchup?
Episode 1692 - High Flier
Mick finds someone with nowhere else to go sleeping on his floor. Ron reads up on eating disorders, determined to help Katie, and appeals for Jimmy's help to reunite Kylie with her mother. An unexpected visitor could cause a few problems for Terry.
Episode 1693 - Hold Your Plums
Katie is reluctant to go to a clinic, but Ron agrees to take her. Rosie tells Sarah that Eddie is back home, and thanks her for looking after him. Max is invited to a radio station for an interview, but finds it difficult to get there on time.
Episode 1694 - Stitched Up
Sarah tells Eddie she is going home. Max reveals his "new image" to Patricia. Terry discovers that Helen wants him to give a talk to the university flying club. Mike and Lindsey prepare to leave for Australia, unaware that Gary has filled Kylie's teddy bear with drugs.
Episode 1695 - Naughty Boy
Ron is summoned to the police station, and Bev is furious when she discovers what he is accused of doing. Terry tries to reconcile Sarah with her in-laws before she leaves for Reading, with unfortunate results. Gary tries to undo some of the damage he has done, but he may have left it too late.
Episode 1696 - It Wasn't Me
Just as Sinbad and Mick are telling Helen how quiet the Close is, another couple's clothes are being flung out of their windows. Jacqui has a lot of phone calls to make, but no-one is answering. Bev has an idea for a hobby to keep Ron active - gardening.
Episode 1697 - Held Accountable
Max receives a police caution, but isn't satisfied with it. Terry feels a fool when he finds out that Helen has known all the time that he isn't a pilot. Jimmy finds Jackie doing his ironing, but she still isn't coming home. Mike and Lindsey are charged with drug-smuggling.
Episode 1698 - Two-Off
While writing his food column for him, Patricia notices that Max seems to have something else on his mind, and Ron gives him even more to worry about. Eddie tries to make amends for the damage he caused. Jacqui returns to the Close with devastating news for the Dixons and the Corkhills.
Episode 1699 - Needs Must
Jackie insists that Jimmy faces up to his responsibilities for once. Ron tries to contact the appropriate authorities, using Max's fax. Bev catches Katie out by accidentally sitting on her secret stash of chocolate.
Episode 1700 - Working Nights
As his health deteriorates, Bev confiscates Ron's passport, and goes to the clinic with Katie. Mick offers to baby-sit for Ruth to let Sinbad catch up with his window round, in the dark! But he's not the only one who is out working nights.......
Episode 1701 - More And More Worried
Ron tries to contact a solicitor in Bangkok, while Max may need one much closer to home, as he tells Patricia a story very different from the true one that ended with his arrest for soliciting.
Episode 1702 - Change Of Plan
Patricia is still annoyed with Max, and refuses to write his column for him. Jimmy tries to sell the taxi business, but finds it difficult to attract buyers. Ron and Jackie visit a solicitor, but it seems to be a waste of time. Sinbad is reluctant to take Ruth back to Mandy.
Episode 1703 - Page Ten
Everyone waits at "Grants" for the Crosbies to return, but will they? Mick tells Terry that Sinbad has long-term plans for Ruth, and overhears him telephoning Mandy to extend her stay. Patricia goes to the salon, unaware that there is something about Max that everyone except her has read in the local newspaper.
Episode 1704 - Breaking Every Rule
New sleeping arrangements need to be established at the bungalow. Jimmy forces Gary to sign a confession at the police station, but P.C. Coban has to release him. Mick speaks to Mandy behind Sinbad's back, and the contents of the crate which has arrived at the Farnhams are revealed - but Patricia has other things on her mind.
Episode 1705 - Food Rules
Jacqui, Rachel and Katie feel that they are now living in a police state, but Jacqui has plans to ensure Rachel's birthday party still goes ahead. Jimmy asks Sinbad for financial help - but, fearing it will be spent on drugs, Sinbad refuses. Katie's bulimia counsellor takes her for lunch.
Episode 1706 - Pointing The Finger
Max wants Patricia to accompany him to court, but she is not interested. Rosie receives a letter regarding her lawsuit against the hospital, and Eddie agrees to go with her to see their solicitor. Jackie's description of the unbearable conditions in Thailand finally prompts Gary into taking action.
Episode 1707 - Lemonade
Despite Bev's misgivings, Ron insists on taking up Jimmy's offer of a flight to Thailand. Katie invites Mark to Rachel's party, but he turns her down, and she reacts by bingeing again. Patricia's attitude to Max is not improved when Susannah reveals that he has been seeing her again.
Episode 1708 - Orange
Eddie and Rosie have to decide whether to settle out of court, Bev comes up with a plan to improve sales of Easter eggs, Jimmy and Ron are stuck in Cairo, and David unwittingly brightens the mood of all the other residents.
Episode 1709 - Moral Support
Max plans his defence, but without Patricia. Jackie insists that Bev is misleading her customers by not including a prize in any of her eggs. David calls Mark to try to encourage Katie to come out of her room. Someone arrives unexpectedly to help at the Trading Post, and shows no signs of leaving.
Episode 1710 - No More Bets
Bev leaves DD to mind the shop in her absence, then is horrified to discover that she has sold the egg containing the £
Episode 1711 - Enough's Enough
Max cannot bring himself to go to work, or deliver faxes from Thailand to Bev. While cleaning up at Rosie's, Mo finds a stack of unopened mail. A former resident of the Close returns.
Episode 1712 - Too Late For Sorry
Rosie has to confess that she has been spending the mortgage money, and now they face eviction. But can Eddie do anything? Katie agrees to look after Louise while Sammy is at work. Although David isn't in court for Max, there are other people present who know him.......but will his "star witness" arrive or not?
Episode 1713 - Asking A Lot
Jimmy insists that Gary comes to see the local MP, while Ron tries to get people to sign his petition. But since it includes Lindsey as well as Mike, Eddie and Rosie refuse to sign - as does Max, who is feeling low after the court verdict and the reaction of his neighbours.
Episode 1714 - Yellow Ribbon
Susannah suggests that Max finds a place for them both. Katie is surprised by who she meets in the park. Eddie and Rosie have to decide whether or not to accept the hospital's final offer of compensation. Patricia finds David hiding behind the bins so that he can avoid being lumbered with babysitting for Louise again.
Episode 1715 - Madness
The tension between Jackie and Bev escalated into a cat-fight at the Trading Post. Patricia finds Susannah at "Grants" - but nothing Max does surprises her any more. Ron receives encouraging news from his MP. The building society still won't listen to Eddie - but Rosie has an idea.......
Episode 1716 - Gunboat Diplomacy
David and Katie wonder whether they should call the police when belongings start flying through the windows of another house on the Close. Ron tries to keep his temper, and avoid being splattered by pigeons, in London. Terry may be acquiring a new lodger.
Episode 1717 - This Is It
Lee wants nothing more to do with Eddie and Rosie. When Sammy has another hangover, David finds Louise trying to make her own breakfast. Ron receives a fax, but doesn't read it carefully enough. There is another garage sale on the Close.
Episode 1718 - Separation
After seven years of marriage, the Farnhams cannot decide who the Dire Straits CD belongs to. David and Sinbad attempt to install a lawn sprinkler, and there is a case of mistaken identity in the bathroom.
Episode 1719 - Hopes
Susannah visits Patricia. Eddie and Rosie go their separate ways.......or do they? Katie has had enough of looking after Louise, and so has David - but Sammy goes out anyway. Word comes through that one of the prisoners in Thailand will be released, but who will it be?
Episode 1720 - Losing Battle
Jacqui tells Sammy about the problems Katie has been having. Max makes a final effort to persuade Patricia to stay. Jimmy vows to continue fighting to secure another release from Thailand.
Episode 1721 - Prospective Buyers
David is keen for Jacqui to buy the Banks' house so that he can use his own bathroom more often. But Sinbad is interested in both the house and the "Gift Box" premises, where he may be in competition with Bev. Meanwhile, Susannah is looking for somewhere to stay.......
Episode 1722 - Inside Info
Lindsey can't bring herself to leave the house, but Jimmy has a plan to coax her out. Jacqui and Sinbad both try to find out how much the other is willing to bid for number 9. Susannah tells Max that Dil has stopped paying the rent on her flat, so she will have to move out.
Episode 1723 - Something Fishy
David moves in with Max, but leaves his statue of the Balinese God with the girls, despite their protestations that he might more greatly appreciate its artistic beauty. Katie threatens to report Sammy to the social services if she doesn't start looking after Louise properly. Sinbad finds Lindsey in a state of panic after a confrontation with Ron and Bev.
Episode 1724 - Bluffing
After hearing the rumours Bev is spreading, Jimmy decides not to campaign for Mike's release any more, and Jackie slaps her across the face. Susannah lands at Max's with the children - and David, in Max's absence, lets them stay. Sinbad and Jacqui continue to try to discourage each other from bidding for number 9, but someone's effort at sabotage does not go unnoticed.

Jimmy offers Ron everything he has left in the Thailand fund - £
Episode 1726 - No-one To Play With
Terry is looking for bar staff, and there is no shortage of applicants, but are they suitable? Ron wants to follow Lindsey to catch Gary, but no-one else is willing to help. Susannah tries to tempt Max to stay in for the night, and a new family move into the Close.
Episode 1727 - Gi's A Job
Terry interviews for the new bar job. Gary tries to explain his actions to Lindsey, and offers her a deal. Bel gets off on the wrong foot with Bev by mistaking Ron for her father.
Episode 1728 - Suitably Embarrassed
Ollie tells Danny that he has to get up early to do a paper round. Mick helps Sinbad on a buying trip which takes longer than expected. Jackie is concerned when Lindsey goes missing again. David and Susannah insists that Max joins them for supper at the Simpsons', but will Max be able to remember how many times he has been married?
Episode 1729 - Top Brass
Jimmy and Ron take Gary to the police station, but what action will the police take this time? The arrival of the Bradleys means good news for Sinbad, but maybe not such good news for Bel and Ollie. Jackie is appalled to hear Lindsey's plans.
Episode 1730 - Tinhead
Jimmy doesn't think he has a chance of getting a job at the petrol station, so Jackie applies instead. Danny has problems at his new school. Susannah tells Max they should wash separately as well as live separately, but will he listen?
Episode 1731 - Housekeeper
Mick interrupts a fight between Danny and Tinhead, but who will Leo blame it on? Max's reluctance to co-operate with Susannah forces her into appointing a housekeeper who he may not have chosen. There are only two seats available on the Bangkok flight, so who will go with Ron?
Episode 1732 - Compassion
DD suggests that the family go to pray together for Mike, but Bev declines. Bel and Ollie tell David they have been treated frostily by one of their neighbours - but which one? Jackie goes to ask Max for a job for Jimmy, causing arguments in both households.
Episode 1733 - For A Small Fee
Sinbad finds a part-time book-keeper, at a price. Jackie is still searching for a job for Jimmy, and may at last have made progress. Lindsey blames herself for what has happened to Mike, and intends to stay with Gary.
Episode 1734 - Dumbells
Sinbad tries a spot of match-making with Mick and Val. Mike is determined to see Lindsey again, but there are still some obstacles to overcome. When Nat doesn't contact Jules for a week, she visits the Close to find out why.
Episode 1735 - Time To Move On
Bel discovers Danny is still at home, and insists that he goes back to school. Bev is frustrated by DD's continued presence and influence. Georgia tells her mother that she has made a big mistake. Susannah is determined to win Max back, but he is trying to find a flat to move her into, and ends up having to move out himself.
Episode 1736 - Services Not Required
Danny is still not going to school, and encourages Leo to join him. Jimmy is not made welcome when he takes over Sinbad's window round - Jacqui blames him when Katie's watch goes missing, Ron sends him packing, Susannah makes the decisions at number 7 now that Max has moved out, and he interrupts a surprisingly tender moment between Georgia and Nat.
Episode 1737 - Taking An Interest
Jackie sends Jimmy away to work for Billy in Basingstoke. Danny attempts to educate Leo. Nat wants to look at a flat, but Georgia comes too, and they are surprised to discover someone is already living there. Mick visits Val at her gym, but she is asking a lot of questions about Sinbad. Sammy's attempts to get Max alone are thwarted.
Episode 1738 - Cuckoo In The Nest
Max and David decide to regain entry to number 7, but they discover that the locks have been changed. Sinbad now knows Val's motives, and must decide whether to take the bait. Mick receives a visitor bringing unbelievable news about Leo. Georgia tells Bel that she has left her husband and is moving back home.
Episode 1739 - Humble Pie
Max is forced to summon help when the VATman swoops, and it could cost him dearly. Called to the headmaster, Mick confronts the Simpsons, but they don't believe Leo's story. Jackie realises that Lindsey is desperately unhappy to be back with Gary.
Episode 1740 - Reasons Why
Lindsey tells Gary she will stay with him as promised, but romance is out of the question. Bel feels that she should explain to Danny why he has to go to Brookside Comprehensive, but Ollie refuses to let her. It is Sammy's birthday - and, suspecting that she has a crush on Max, Susannah asks him to get her a present.......
Episode 1741 - Firm Grip
Nat wants to bring the wedding forward, but Jules win't let him. Jackie is horrified by the state that Lindsey turns up in, and vows to take action. Susannah wants Max to give her more involvement in the restaurant. Val asks Sinbad on a date, but then he meets someone else.......
Episode 1742 - Whoops
Max finds it difficult to explain to David how he ended up in bed with Susannah again. Bev agrees to keep quiet about something she finds out from Jackie, but will she? Jules confides in Georgia about a delicate problem Nat is having.
Episode 1743 - Separate Ways
Val gives Mick something to think about. Nat is amazed to hear what Jules has told Georgia. Mike asks Lindsey to promise not to go back to Gary, and considers moving to America. Sammy's plans for Max look likely to succeed.
Episode 1744 - Madly In Love
Both Val and Fee are chasing Sinbad, and Mick isn't amused. Danny has another idea about how to reduce Leo's workload. Nat objects when Georgia wants to join him in the shower. Ron and Jackie decide to try to bring Mike and Lindsey together, and Sammy tells Susannah she has slept with Max.
Episode 1745 - Consideration
Bel gets a job offer. Max suggests that Susannah lets Sammy go - but she knows why! Martin arrives to see Georgia, but will she be willing to talk to him? Ron tries to solve the parking problem, and Sinbad has an excess of both admirers and lunches.
Episode 1746 - My Fault
Jackie tries to convince Lindsey to go to the party-for-two that she and Ron have arranged. When Bel's job offer is withdrawn, she tells Ron what he can do with his bollard. Sammy is furious when Max sacks her, and when Leo gets a good grade for the homework Danny obtained for him, Tinhead wants to join in.
Episode 1747 - No Porking
Susannah discovers that Max has sacked Sammy, and reinstates her. Tinhead gets an "A" for his homework, but still isn't satisfied. Sinbad's women make him do too much exercise on the tennis court and dance floor, and Ron disapproves of Bev's attempts to help resolve the parking problems.
Episode 1748 - Making Excuses
Mick tells Val he is now taking steroid tablets, but she isn't convinced that it is a good idea. Mike receives a tempting offer, Jacqui returns from Tenerife, and David prepares to go to France, believing that Patricia should be told what has been going on at home.
Episode 1749 - Need To Get Away
Georgia can't believe that Nat doesn't need her any more. Danny plans to turn the tables on Tinhead, but Leo thinks he may be making a big mistake. Susannah gives Max a chance to be honest, but he denies having any relationship with Sammy. Mike and Lindsey go to the beach.
Episode 1750 - Going Going Gone
Bel and Ollie are concerned when Georgia doesn't come home. Then Ollie discovers that Bev has clamped his car. Thanks to Susannah, the residents find that there are a lot of real bargains to be had at the charity auction.
Episode 1751 - No Ties
Max returns home, and discovers that a lot of his neighbours are wearing his clothes. Katie tries to convince Sammy that history is repeating itself. Mike and Lindsey go shopping for rings, but come back with something else.
Episode 1752 - Repeat Performance
Jacqui wants to telephone Social Services about Sammy, but Katie believes it is too much of a risk. Susannah suggests to Max that she should leave, but he asks her to stay. Tinhead is furious when he discovers that he has been set up. Ollie tries to cheer Nat up with a Georgia-free night out.
Episode 1753 - Coward
Jimmy starts work at the pizza parlour. When Georgia returns, Nat has to admit that she was right about Jules. Although Danny escapes from Tinhead, Leo is beaten up, and Mick's reaction looks likely to lead to more trouble.
Episode 1754 - Flying Colours
When Ollie asks Mick for an explanation of the incident involving Danny, and receives some of the same treatment, Val confides in Sinbad that Mick is taking steroids. Jacqui and Peter have high hopes for the Hair Fayre, but Bev and Fee muscle in on their chat with the judge, and Max and Susannah don't get quite the kind of publicity that they expect.
Episode 1755 - Moralising
Both Bev and Jackie have ideas for the engagement buffet, but can they reach a compromise? Susannah demands proof of Sammy's latest assertion, but can she deliver it? Sinbad's efforts to help Mick are not appreciated.
Episode 1756 - Old Tricks
JC wants to sort out some wedding details, but Nat is more intent on stalling. Half of Mike and Lindsey's families are refusing to attend their engagement party, and the other half are still arguing about it.
Episode 1757 - Serves You Right
After the engagement party fiasco, the Dixons' and Corkhills' next disagreement is over where the nearly-weds will live. Mick takes part in his body-building competition, but Leo doesn't want to go, hopes he loses, and is pleased when he injures himself. Max and Susannah confront Sammy again, and Katie forces her to tell the truth.
Episode 1758 - Rings
Susannah discovers Matthew and Emily's hidden school reports and worries that they need extra tuition, but agrees with Max that their holiday will go ahead. There is a gate-crasher at the Simpsons' wedding rehearsal, but that's not the only hitch.
Episode 1759 - Double Booked
Mick arranges to have a body-wax at Jacqui's, but has second thoughts when he discovers who will be doing it. The Farnhams' journey to the Cotswolds is full of vomit and "plop" - and when they arrive, they find that their holiday cottage is already occupied.
Episode 1760 - Cotswolds Vice
Val has plans for a holiday that include Sinbad, and she won't take no for an answer. Mike wants to interview people for a film about his experiences - but Jimmy is already being interviewed elsewhere. Nat wants to be alone with Georgia - but will his plans be frustrated by the Farnhams?
Episode 1761 - Misjudgement
Mike and Lindsey are about to set off on holiday to America, but he wants to record an interview with her first. Jackie insists that Jimmy grasses on Macca to save his own job. There is a major surprise awaiting Max when he returns unexpectedly to the cottage.
Episode 1762 - The Great Soprendo
Jimmy is still worrying about Macca, but Nat is much more worried that Max will tell his parents what he has seen. Can he produce a convincing explanation for why he was having sex with his sister?

Episode 1764 - Cementing
Max discovers that Susannah has arranged for decorators to move in. Tinhead sees an opportunity to make a profit, but Leo doesn't want to get involved. Sammy waits for a phone call, Paul has a proposition for Jimmy, and Nat refuses to go on his honeymoon with Jules.
Episode 1765 - Post-Mortem
Susannah calls a residents meeting, and Max makes an undignified entrance. Leo and Tinhead discover something interesting about Bel. Jimmy makes a speech to some young offenders, and JC expounds his own theory about Nat.
Episode 1766 - Getting Off
Mick discovers what is hidden in Leo's bedroom. Susannah and Max have different ideas about stripping. Nat refuses to confirm or deny anything, and when Sinbad returns from his holiday with Val, he finds that he is going on another one with Fee.
Episode 1767 - Say Yes
Leo takes desperate measures to defend himself against Tinhead, Jules forces Nat to make a difficult admission, Noel makes Sammy an offer which may prove too tempting, and Ron unveils his response to Susannah's security cameras - a camcorder.
Episode 1768 - No Sign Of Life
Nat tells Jules he has never slept with another man, but is still sure that he is gay. Despite what happened to Leo, Mick refuses to listen to Val and goes on training. Some of the residents realise that Louise has been left on her own - but who will end up looking after her?
Episode 1769 - Hunt The Child
Max and Susannah are looking forward to a night out, but need to find a babysitter. Nat receives his exam results. Social Services are on their way, and Louise has disappeared from the home at which she was being looked after.......
Episode 1770 - Barely Recognisable
When David returns from France, he thinks he must be in the wrong house. Susannah calls a residents meeting to demonstrate her camera, then finds that the film shows a neighbour sunbathing topless. Mick wins a trophy, but not everyone is as impressed as he hopes. Nat panics when Max threatens him, and there are more people waiting for Sammy at the airport than she expects.
Episode 1771 - Wilful Neglect
Mick agrees to take Leo and Gemma out for the day, but then decides to compete in another body-building competition. Sammy is interviewed by the duty solicitor, and charged with neglect. Ollie makes an appointment to see a support group for parents of gay children.
Episode 1772 - Playing With Fire
Almost everyone is deserting Sammy at a time of need. Fee and Sinbad return from holiday, and Fee receives some good news, but Sinbad fears that either she or Val is going to catch him out.
Episode 1773 - Parent Of The Month
Mike and Lindsey arrive home and need to decide where they will live. When Bev refuses to serve Sammy at the Trading Post, Sammy blames Bel for her predicament - but Fee takes pity on her and makes a surprising confession. Jules, still convinced that Nat is lying, visits Georgia. Sinbad and Fee - or is it Val? - take Gemma and Leo for a day at Southport.

At the start of the new term, Leo is frightened of another confrontation with Tinhead, and Danny is assigned the task of escorting Matthew on his first day. David tells Max that he wants the whole of his £
Episode 1775 - Regrets
JC summons Nat to sort out the wedding presents, so Georgia and Bel accompany him as bodyguards. Jimmy encourages Lindsey to move back into the extension, and impresses her with his voluntary work and creative accounting. Sammy doesn't want to go to court, but David insists on taking her, and things get even worse.
Episode 1776 - Better Suggestions
Georgia thinks she has found somewhere safe to live. Susannah tries to persuade David not to remove his investment from "Grants". MIke is frustrated at having to move house every week to keep both families happy, and suggests that the extension may be haunted. Lindsey sorts out someone to cover for Jimmy while he goes to a conference - herself.
Episode 1777 - Lucrative Alternative
Mick wants to welcome Leo and Gemma home with a cake, and luckily Lindsey is around to help with the spelling. Susannah has a proposition for David, but he wants it in writing. Val tries to discover whether Sinbad is looking for a long-term relationship. Jacqui and Julia are not impressed to find that Sammy is claiming dole money while she is working.
Episode 1778 - Best Interests
Max gives David a copy of a contract to consider, and is told that it will be studied by a legal expert. Sammy's solicitor advises her to consider a plea of guilty, and Sammy sacks her. Bel presses Susannah for an explanation of Nat's behaviour - will she reveal the big secret?
Episode 1779 - Hard Evidence
Sammy's social worker doubts the wisdom of her actions, believing she will appear irresponsible. Mike tries to continue filming a documentary about their Bangkok experience, even though Lindsey thinks he should get a proper job. Accompanied by Georgia, Jules searches for Nat so that she can tell him she still loves him, but she is not prepared for what she sees.......
Episode 1780 - Nobbling
Sammy continues to prepare for her court appearance. Danny, Leo and Matthew try to escape from Tinhead. Max finds that "Grants" is offering cheap lunches to pensioners. David offers to help Mike with his documentary, and Jules and JC confront Nat, accusing him of having an affair with Susannah.
Episode 1781 - Defence
Max offers Sammy help when David appeals to him, but she tells him to shove it. One of Sinbad's women books a table for two at "Grants", but why? Katie is appalled by something she hears from Jacqui.
Episode 1782 - Running Away
Sinbad enlists Mick's help to avoid both of his fiancees until he can decide which one of them he wants to keep. Katie tells Sammy whether she is willing to lie for her in court. With Tinhead in pursuit, the boys catch the wrong bus - but who will come off worst?
Episode 1783 - No Going Back
The parents of the bullied children have different opinions on the best solution. Sinbad finally makes a choice. Julia has to look for a new job - and, provided that her safety is guaranteed, she quickly finds one. Danny climbs a tree, and refuses to come down. Sammy sees another solicitor, but will she be any more willing to listen to his advice?
Episode 1784 - Spontaneous Combustion
Max discovers at a very inconvenient moment that Susannah has employed a new cleaner. Val and Fee discover that they are both engaged to the same man. Sammy's first day in court goes badly, especially when Katie refuses to lie for her. When Mick, Susannah and Ollie arrive at the school, they discover that Mr Thornton plans to see them together, and has ideas of his own.
Episode 1785 - Intruding
David returns from France in time to hear the verdict in Sammy's case, and ends up taking Julia and Katie with him. Sinbad tries to apologise to Val. Georgia gate-crashes on Nat and Jules' Spielberg Day.
Episode 1786 - Things To Sort Out
Val tells Jimmy that his long-lost son badly needs help. Georgia is determined to keep Nat and Jules apart. Patricia and Jean return to Liverpool, but are not keen to reveal why.
Episode 1787 - Nobody Must Know
Georgia accuses Nat of rape. Max forms his own theories about why Patricia has returned, while David and Jean encourage her to go through with her plans. Jimmy needs to go to France, and discovers that someone else is heading in that direction too.......
Episode 1788 - Urgency
Jimmy tries to convince David to give him a lift to France, and to convince Sinbad to unwittingly finance the trip. Max needs to decide whether to make a final attempt to prevent Patricia from leaving. Ollie insists on the truth from Nat and Georgia, but will he get it?
Episode 1789 - Excusez-Moi
Max confronts Patricia in France, and finally discovers the tragic truth about recent events. But she insists that she wants Eric to have custody of Thomas and Alice. Jimmy finally catches up with his long-lost son.
Episode 1790 - Finding Out
Lindsey discovers what Little Jimmy has brought home with him. Patricia receives the results of her tests. Danny, distraught at seeing Nat and Georgia in bed together, rushes into the path of Max's car.
Episode 1791 - Confession
Mike advises Lindsey to tell Jimmy what she has discovered. Jackie agrees to talk to Val on Sinbad's behalf. Bev decides that the Close needs a few more road signs, and after receiving a final ultimatum, Georgia decides to tell her parents everything.
Episode 1792 - Our Son
When Jackie can't find her purse and Little Jimmy disappears, she searches his room. Nat plans to disappear too, with or without Georgia. Ollie, Mick and Susannah give their speeches to the school governors. Will they stay awake long enough to appoint one of them?
Episode 1793 - The Only Way
Jimmy refuses to throw Little Jimmy out, and tries to find him a job. Julia encourages David to return to the over-55s. At the airport, Georgia pleads with Nat. Sinbad tries to convince Val, but will she listen? And if so, who else will?
Episode 1794 - No More
Bev decides that she wants another child, but Ron doesn't want to know. Little Jimmy asks Jackie for another chance. Ollie loses to Mick in the school governor election, but has a much bigger problem at home.
Episode 1795 - Nothing Left
The Simpsons try to come to terms with the past, but do they have any future? Ollie and Bel blame each other for the mess they are in, but Georgia is determined to hang on to Nat.
Episode 1796 - Too Late For Talking
Max and Susannah discover that David's radio gear has gone missing from the shed. Ron discovers that Bev has stopped taking the Pill. Bel's bosses find out that she is a sexual deviant. Hearing that Sinbad plans a white wedding, Fee lends a hand. And Mick drops in to see the headmaster, but will he be granted an audience?
Episode 1797 - No Compassion
Bel wants to try to understand what Nat and Georgia have done, while Ollie is keen for one of them to move out. Jimmy finds out that Little Jimmy is in even more trouble than he thought. Fee decides to move away and make a fresh start.
Episode 1798 - Fairness
Bev refuses to allow Josh to be inoculated. Val convinces Sinbad to give Little Jimmy a job. Danny makes a surprising admission, Max tells David that he will play Patricia at her own game, and Ron thinks that Mike is spending far too much time on his book, and should be doing other things - like buying razor blades.
Episode 1799 - Preventative Measures
Bel roots through the past, and wonders what she and Ollie might have done differently. When Bev wants to take Josh to a measles party, Ron disagrees, and seeks Jackie's opinion. Susannah points out to Max that it is clear that Patricia has not received bad news about the cancer and is just trying to teach him a lesson. When Little Jimmy steals from the first house whose windows he cleans, Jimmy decides a new approach is required.
Episode 1800 - Designated War Zone
Ollie's insistence that life must go on infuriates Bel, who then discovers that Susannah has known Nat and Georgia's secret for a long time. Bev is furious when she discovers Ron has taken Josh for his injections after all. Building work starts on the parade, annoying almost everyone.
Episode 1801 - Illuminations
After a conversation with Julia, Bel fears that other neighbours may have found out about Nat and Georgia. Ron goes to Blackpool, but not with Bev - and she becomes concerned when he doesn't come home.
Episode 1802 - Roses
Susannah suggests a possible solution for one of Bel's problems. Danny takes devious steps to ensure that Jules appears at Georgia's birthday party. Terry invites the local businessmen and businesswomen to his birthday do, and Bev finds out who went to Blackpool with Ron.
Episode 1803 - Mission Statements
Mick attends his first school governors' meeting, and doesn't take long to put his foot in it. Jimmy returns from Basingstoke to find that Little Jimmy's pursuers have caught up with him. At the fireworks night, Jules drops a bombshell.
Episode 1804 - Making Matters Worse
Nat fears that Jules will tell the police what she knows, but Georgia doubts that she would. A customer telephones Sinbad to tell him that Little Jimmy has done a runner and left the ladders in his garden. Ron is beginning to enjoy his outings with Jackie too much, and they both think they should stop.......
Episode 1805 - Miscellaneous Cash Purchases
David finds something interesting in the accounts of "Grants". Jackie overhears Little Jimmy admitting that he is back on the smack. Ollie contacts the jobcentre to find work for Bel, and it turns out that a certain local shop is looking for an assistant.......
Episode 1806 - What It Takes
Ollie takes steps to prevent Little Jimmy cutting across his lawn. Max and David realise that Matthew and Emily are wearing the uniforms of a different school. Ron refuses to see a doctor at the fertility clinic, and goes to see Jackie instead.......
Episode 1807 - Covering Up
Max and David's attempts to find out how Susannah is financing the school fees are thwarted by Julia. Jimmy discovers that while he has been away stealing cars, Little Jimmy has been robbing closer to home. Nat and Georgia are interviewed by the police. Will either of them crack?
Episode 1808 - Something To Hide
It is Jimmy's birthday, but Ron is trying to convince Jackie to go away with him. When Terry's workmen walk off the job, he has to take drastic measures, with strange consequences. Val wants to take Sinbad for a cheap holiday to the Canary Islands, but he plans to go to Bristol.
Episode 1809 - Procedures
Bel and Ollie are called by the police. Jackie threatens to leave Jimmy if he doesn't get Max's car back. Susannah makes another extravagant purchase, and a long-lost stranger arrives on the parade.
Episode 1810 - Car Fairy
Mick prepares suggestions to combat school bullying, but Ollie doesn't agree with him. Lindsey discovers that Jackie and Ron are together in Southport. Max discovers that his car has come back home.
Episode 1811 - Best Forgotten
Sinbad is having doubts about his wedding, and Mick gives him something else to think about. David decides to follow Susannah, hoping to find out what she is up to. Little Jimmy returns, after spending all of the stolen money.
Episode 1812 - Cold Turkey
Jackie plans to cure Little Jimmy's addiction once and for all. Max tells Nat and Georgia that he will have to tell the truth if he is called to court. Jack learns from Julia that Terry has had a breakdown, and David plans to investigate the mystery of the body found under the shops.
Episode 1813 - Demons
Little Jimmy's condition deteriorates, and he pleads with Jimmy to give him more drugs. It is Jackie's birthday, but who will she receive cards from? Bev looks over her old photographs with Ron, but are they reaching the end of the road?
Episode 1814 - Ticking Timebomb
Jimmy tries to find his son, while Jackie tells Lindsey that she is thinking of going away with Ron. Julia tells Jack that David is trying to solve the riddle of the mystery body, but why should that worry him?
Episode 1815 - Ditching
There is anger and bitterness at the hospital when the circumstances leading up to the accident on the staircase of the Dixon home are revealed to Jimmy and Bev.
Episode 1816 - Time's Up
Terry encourages Jack to be more friendly with Julia. Nat and Georgia learn whether they are going to be charged. Jimmy goes out, telling his son he is to be gone by the time he gets back.......
Episode 1817 - Tangled Web
Sinbad wonders whether he and Val should postpone the wedding. David meets a woman who believes her late brother may be the body under the parade. Ron reveals to Jimmy that he told two men who appeared to be detectives where to find Little Jimmy.......
Episode 1818 - Pesto
Susannah has a new revelation for Max. Jackie tells Ron she can't make any decisions yet. Ollie tells Georgia and Nat that he is doing nothing more to help them, so Nat suggests that he moves in with her. Ron disapproves of Bel's changes to the stock, so she resigns.
Episode 1819 - Going Public
Nat and Georgia move in together, although Max warns Terry about what they may be up to. Jackie and Jimmy have a difficult visit to make. Ron apologises to Bel, and asks her to come back to work.
Episode 1820 - Outcasts
Bel can't face work, but Ollie insists that she goes in. Georgia is determined to face the world, and get her toaster fixed. Jimmy thinks he has found a better way of getting to know his son. Mike unwittingly agrees to help out at the Trading Post. Jack tells Terry some long-concealed facts, and agrees to play Father Christmas again for Julia.
Episode 1821 - Off The Hook
Ollie tries to be as positive as he can in giving Mike some long-awaited feedback on his book. Nat and Georgia receive a letter from the authorities. David discovers the identity of the mystery investor in "Grants", and finds out that he is being asked to move. Jimmy resolves to do more to help children in need, and no-one notices that Leo has a new face.
Episode 1822 - Starting Again
Jules returns to the Close, and discovers that everyone knows about Nat and Georgia. DD introduces Ron, Jacqui and Mike to Tom, who reveals his intentions and sense of humour. Sinbad and Val have a big decision to make. David moves out of number 7, but where will he go?
Episode 1823 - Season Of Goodwill
Terry can't believe it when Jack agrees to go to Henry Fraser's funeral with David. Ron tries to think of a suitable Christmas present for Jackie - can Bel help? Lindsey starts to re-write Mike's book, and Ollie discovers that he has to play Father Christmas for the school's end-of-term party.
Episode 1824 - Star Prize
Ollie finally finds a way of convincing JC to call off his photographers. Some of the raffle prizes cause embarrassment at the Wild West fancy dress party. Ron hears that David plans to evict Jacqui and the girls, and invites him to stay with him instead.
Episode 1825 - Testing
Nat is not convinced that Georgia is pregnant. Terry volunteers Jack to help Julia out with her carol singing. David is convinced that the killer will attend Henry's funeral.......and he could be right. Ron makes a frightening discovery when he gets up during the night.
Episode 1826 - Incinerations
In an extended 78-minute special episode, "Casa Bevron" is burned down. Ron, Mike and Jacqui are quick to blame Jimmy, and the evidence appears to support this view. Lindsey and David, however, are convinced that he is innocent this time.
Episode 1827 - Genuine Need
It is Christmas Eve on the Close, but Jimmy plans to get away from it all, Georgia has an urgent appointment to arrange, and Julia is unwilling to allow anyone to stay at the Farn-Hams'.......unless she is well paid.
Episode 1828 - Queen's Speech
Jackie receives Christmas presents that she could never have anticipated from Ron.......and from Jimmy. The Simpsons reflect on a year of great change - not much of it for the better.
Episode 1829 - All Over
Just as Elaine and her family are about to arrive for Boxing Day lunch, Mick accidentally spills something on the carpet. Jimmy and Jackie reflect on the past, but can they patch up their differences?
Episode 1830 - Full Circle
It is party time at the Dixons', but will Ron's scouse be better received that David's haggis? The Simpsons are expecting visitors, but Georgia is out having an abortion. Jimmy plans a quiet night in, but there are a few gate-crashers. The year ends with a proposal of marriage - but from whom?
