Monte Cristo Sandwich

With only 30 minutes to deliver the perfect blend of sweet and savory, Jacky and Eric need all the help they can get to impress Chef JoJo and move on to the next round.
Tacos
It's vegan versus carnivore as Cerissa Sustainable and Linda Vo face off in the kitchen to tackle one of Chef JoJo's favorites: tacos. Both contestants have the skills and competitive streaks to win, but with meat on Linda's menu, will Cerissa's tofu transformation be enough to impress Chef JoJo and send her to the semi-finals?
Fried Chicken Sandwiches
Buns get burnt and feathers get ruffled as pals Tori Green and Mars compete to serve Chef JoJo the winning Louisiana fried chicken sandwich. With just one fryer to share, these chefs are feeling the time crunch more than ever! Will Mars' expertise as a nutritionist give her the winning edge, or will Tori and her Nanna's secret recipe triumph?
Mac and Cheese
Adult entertainers Adriana Chechik and Kazumi race to whip up a tasty mac and cheese with a grown-up twist: lobster. After some early distractions and cheese-related mishaps land both chefs in hot water, Chef JoJo must get hands-on to make sure both dishes make it onto the plate.
Fish (Semifinals I)
Linda Vo and Eric Guilmette are back for the semifinals, and Chef JoJo is throwing them into the deep end with a challenge to put their own spin on his flaky, delicious fish dish. With a spot in the finals on the line, the chefs resort to some flirty tricks to throw the competition off their game. Will Eric's relaxed, "shoot-from-the-hip" attitude end up shooting him in the foot against Linda's razor-sharp focus?
Steak (Semifinals II)
The stakes have never been higher to avoid the chopping block when Tori Green and Kazumi return for the semifinals. The challenge: a perfectly-prepared, medium-rare steak. Can Kazumi serve up something tender and juicy on her first try cooking steak, or will Tori's experience carve Kazumi out of the competition for good?
