Outside Boston, a neighborhood place bakin' up scratch-made English muffins for out-of-bounds sandwiches. In Columbus, a whiskey joint elevatin' eats like barbacoa nachos. And in Indianapolis, a soul food spot platin' twists on comfort like a collard green grilled cheese and chicken 'n dumplings.

First up: a world-class Minneapolis joint dishin' up eclectic fare like grilled bone marrow with basil sauce and lavender nori shrimp. In Columbus, a Bengali place mashin' up cultures with pork belly fried rice with crispy chicken meatballs. This trip, Guy Fieri's eating his way through risotto, relleno and red snapper. First, a renovated mansion in Atlanta is still plating up not-your-average pub grub like a rockin' rabbit sausage cavatelli and out-of-bounds oyster mushroom risotto. Then, a roadside Mexican joint in Anthem, Ariz., is dishing out scratch-made faves with their killer carnitas and real deal rellenos, while in Arlington, Texas, Jamaican eats are going strong with jammin' jerk chicken and a succulent snapper.

There's a husband-and-wife team bringing legit Mexican eats to Minneapolis with their savory venison sopes, homemade tortillas and over-the-top pork. In Missoula, Mont., a pizza spot is slingin' award-winning artisan pies like meatball verde and savory, sweet sausage and cherry.
