When a man is nailed to a tree by his neighbour, Holloway and Goldie discover his wife has vanished.
Double Blind
When a homeless kid is trapped in a pylon in the harbour, the Water Police are horrified to discover a dead body floating in the water beside him. While Blakemore makes it her responsibility to ensure the homeless boy is taken care of, she begins to develop a relationship with the boy's lawyer, Gillian Swain. Meanwhile the Detectives unravel the mystery of the body found the pylon.

When a gender-specific piece of anatomy is washed up on the beach, Holloway and Goldie investigate.
In the Family Way
Helen's romance hots up. Meanwhile, crime, punishment, betrayal, retribution, suicide and family tragedy when Goldie and Holloway infiltrate a crime family operating an insurance scam on Sydney Harbour. When it all goes terribly wrong, the family is eventually torn apart - not so much by the police intervening, but by in-fighting, backstabbing and betrayal.

A crooked grandmother, a fraudulent stockbroker and a water taxi driver who gets taken for a ride, all baffle the detectives. Meanwhile Blakemore's romance comes to an abrupt end.
