Sinopsis
La cantante Joan Gordon, cansada de su relación con el chantajista Eddie Fields, huye a Montreal y se convierte en la novia por correspondencia del granjero Jim Gilson. Su oportunidad de ser felices se ve amenazada por la obstinación del propio Gilson, un vecino lascivo y la reaparición de Fields.
